I had RAM problem when my monitor showed colored strips.

try cleaning your RAM and plugging in again

Yep remove ram and place it again or may be your resistor is faulted in monitor which heppens due to moisture

it happen sometimes due to graphics driver, check ur graphics driver version!!!

If you have vga monitor try cleaning vga female port on motherboard. If it dosent fix check monitor vga cable. I think its monitor issue though you can try overvolting your ram and north bridge. I had same issue few months back I tried overvolting & it fixed my issue.
