1. First of all download ccleaner and clean your pc and registry.
2. Run Disk cleanup (Control panel -> system & security -> administrative tools -> disk cleanup) (also clean system files)
3. Go to Task Manager -> Startup and disable software which are unnecessary at start-up.
4. Remove all program which you don't need.
5. Go to system protection and delete your system restore cache. (Right click on my computer -> properties -> system protection -> configure -> delete)

Follow Steps :
  • Download CCleaner
  • Open ccleaner and Go to Cleaner and click "Analyze" and then click "Run Cleaner"
  • Now go to Tools and click startup and disable program which is unnecessary
  • Open "Run" and type %temp% and delete all files from temp folder.
  • Now Restart Your Laptop and See Improvements.
If you want to get more improvements then Use "Unible"

Also try Defragmenting your disks.
You can try system restore to a date your pc was fast. that way you can identify the program slowing down your pc.
