help desktop not starting

my desktop when I switch on my CPU than beeping sound start coming from the speakers and nothing being displayed on the monitor

urgent help required

yesterday I installed net beans IDE
After installation my computer hang
then I restarted then after that as mentioned above
happens every time I switch on the CPU

we're not teleporters to find your problem..

also remember one thing there is hell lot of difference b/w the following lines..

Bro. its your HDD cable & RAM problem just check your HDD cable properly and RAM it is properly set up or not. or just remove your RAM and clean with soft cloth then put back ur RAM in the RAM slot. Hope You '' UNDERSTAND ''

I agree with prince007. Beep sound comes when b there is hardware failure check motherboard guide for beeping instance to find problematic hardware like some mother board have 1 beep for fault in ram etc...

maybe RAM issue, just remove RAM and install after clean and all cable re-install as HDD, DVD drive ext..
