Hello bro.
It is better to go local dealer and buy good config assembled cpu.
Not of company manufactured.
If you will buy parts one buy one you will get too many difficulties because there is many thing you have to keep is mind. For example which type of motherborad supports which processor and ram. Is it sata or ide.
So my sggestion is to take cpu from local dealer.

For gaming performance bellow I am giving a solid configuration.

Intel core i5 or i7 4th gen (select as per your budget)
2 gb nvidiea graphic card. (very important and required for gaming )
6 or 8 Gb ram (select as per your budget)
1 TB Hard disk Minimum .(very important and required for gaming )

Make sure that take processor of Intel
Do not purchase AMD because its desktop performance is slow.

@senju where you live?? if you are in Delhi then go to NP it will be lot cheaper. And better buy R7 265/260 sapphire instead. It will be a lot better.

I will suggest that dont buy assemble cpu
Buy a cpu which is manufacter by cdompany like hp dell etc
Assemble pc dont have longer life in compare to manufacturer pc
on other side configuration i will go with ethan thatsn the best config
