proxycap issue

Proxycap haven't worked for me even once .

Tried different versions but no results .

When I install it ,then a message comes to reboot .
After I restart pc,
When I try to enable it,
A error message is shown
" Not all proxycap components are loaded . Please restart windows "

I restart again but nothing works .

Help please .

Or

Please tell how to use proxyfire
I tried proxyfire but then no page opens .

sry bro no clue abt linux,, but i think if u can make android app run on linux,, then u can use psiphon
