many of us know that rooting device may fix this problem but

still many of us are afraid of losing warranty

1. first make backup of your important files in pc or sd card and remove it
2. open stock recovery {by pressing volume up+home button +power button for samsung} for other phones google and find it

3. select option wipe cache partition
4.reboot

your smartphone will be as good as new

i was tried those key combination and accidently chose that reboot option and after that wenever i am trying those key combination instead of option list it restarts phone directly any soln?
