I think there is no difference. both works in same principle but a tool is easy to use also user interface is easy.

There is a lot of difference do one thing check fragmentation from default app it wont show many files while this app shows even a small fragmentation

IT BASICALLY CLEARS FRAGMENTS FROM HARD DISK TO FASTER IT , SO EVENTUALLY EVERYTHING WILL BE FAST .
