you are on the lowest band , might be on rural area , try checking on band 2300 and you need to get signal strength less than -105dBm
You are spot on, buddy. I have been using my friend's connection for the last 2 months the speed on 2300 MHz is comfortably over 50mbps. At present i am at a little village in a remote corner of NE India, hence these speeds. But kudos to Jio for bringing 4g to even the far flung areas of our country.

You cant change it, jio automatically connects to higher band according to your signal strength, means the more you are near to a tower, it connects band 2300 to give better speed since you have better coverage, because band 2300 gives more speed and less signal strength, band 1800 gives half the speed of band 2300 but two times better coverage than band 2300, just like that when band decreases-coverage increases , though speed decrease

Less band= less speed and more coverage
Download netvelocity app and click on + and select rf information to see which band you are connected to.

I think I am connected with band 850...that's why speed is slow right?

Don't believe on net velocity app.it shows fake speed.
speedtest.net shows actual speed.

m getting 600 kbps only
[DOUBLEPOST=1471251343,1471250251][/DOUBLEPOST]Any way to get more speed?
Use VPN like speedify or Hotspotshield
And use Internet download manager (IDM) with max 32 connections
And of course download files from host which provides premium speed.
