Call 121 and press 1 (Mobility Section), Now press 5 (3G,4G Activation/Deactivation Section), Now press 2 ( For 4G,3G deactivation) , Now Press 2 ( For 3G Deactivation), Now press 1 to confirm! Now wait at least 30 sec for deactivation process.
After 30 Sec now open old airtel app and activate 3G .

I did this but after deactivation msg nothing happen.

also I tried sending sms 3G to 121 and it says No 3G plan activated!

so I moved to 2nd step which is old app. That says 3G plan will be activated within 30Min so I waited for 1hr also but no msg came and no 3G signal at all.

yes it's UL 2g not 3g and of course it's closed. but already did rc 2g plan 2days before.
