The same happens to docomo when data left is less, like 10-15 mb, they deduct money instead of using the data left. May be that's the problem u talking about. Btw i did nothing just whn data left is less i recharge again otherwise my balance would go to zero. So i recommend u the same. Always...

I dont think its on play store. Search it on forum.xda-developers.com you will find it there. Although I never tryied reverse tethering, I think it requires root and additional drivers (you will find all details in the thread at xda itself).
