first create a setting as below

apn...airtelgprs.com

proxy.. 192.185.114.101 or . 192.185.114.100

port....80

then open opera n u.c handler and put the below fq.....

airtellive.com/~soumya/nph-p.pl/00/http/

or you may use any free host instead of airtellive.com
