I think speed can not be increased above the speed given by your ISP in your area by using VPN.

I think u got good speed in downloads..?
There r some sites which gives poor speed although ur ISP provides better speed than that..
In that case some VPN can boost ur download speed for the particular website..

But VPN can't boost ur speed above speed provided by ur ISP

Vpn se speed always decrease hoti hai... koi site par isp/government ke dwara speed throttle hoti hai to hame vpn se original speed mil jati hai.. so kisi bhi vpn ke use se speed increase hoti hai, ye sirf vaham hai
