How to get Free Dental Check-up ?

2. You will then receive a call back where the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) will direct you to enter your Pincode. Thats it !!
3. Soon, you will will receive an SMS with details of at least 3 dentists in or around the pincode provided by you, if available.
Now, Just fixed your appointment with the nearest Dentist (address provided on SMS) and grab your “Free Check-up” !!
TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
- Free check-up is available in select cities / towns only.
- The free dental check-ups are conducted only by dentists who are part of the Oral Health Month 2015.
- Mobile Users: If you are calling from a mobile phone, you will receive an SMS with details of at least 3 dentists in or around the pincode provided by you, if available. If there is no dentist offering the free check-ups in or around your pin code area then you will receive a regret SMS.
- Landline Users: If you are calling from a landline, then the phone numbers of at least 3 dentists in or around pin code provided by you will be read out on the call. If there is no dentist offering the free check-ups in or around your pin code area then you will be told so on the call. You also have an option of entering a valid mobile number and receiving the aforesaid details through an SMS.
- Standard terms and conditions on SMS and calls apply as per your network provider
- Please contact the dentist for appointment to avail the free dental check-up. Colgate is not responsible for getting the appointment with the Dentists.
- For any assistance / clarification a toll-free number – 1800225599 will be available to you in case of any queries or concerns. The number will be available from 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, between October 1st 2015 and November 30th 2015, excluding public holidays.
- Colgate is not liable for any lack of or deficiency in service provided by the Dentists.
- Free dental check-up is for a limited period and can be availed only between October 1st 2015 and November 30th 2015.
- Colgate reserves the right to extend, curtail or alter these terms and conditions in its sole discretion.
- Disputes if any will be subject to the Jurisdiction of the Courts in the city of Mumbai alone.
- Free dental check-up is intended for generating Oral Care awareness and is not intended for commercial gains.
- The holding of the free dental check-ups is subject to force majeure conditions.
