    ● Open Start Menu >> Run, type regedit and
press Enter. (This will open the registry editor)

    ● Navigate to the following path:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies

    ● Double click the key WriteProtect in the right
pane and set the value to 0
In the Data Value Box, press OK

    ● Exit Registry, restart your computer and then
re-connect your USB pen drive to your
    computer.

    ● Hope it'll sort out your issue.

If the above mentioned method doesn't worked then try with ↓↓↓

    ● Plugged in Pendrive.

    ● Open Start Menu >> Run and type cmd.exe

    ● Press Enter & Now Enter "diskpart"

    ● Enter "list disk."
This will list all disks accessible on your computer, include the USB Drive or memory card.

    ● If you don't know which drive listed is the write-
protected device, find the icon of the device in your My Computer folder and note its name before you continue.

    ● Select disk x (where x is the number of your USB
    flash drive )

    ● attributes disk clear readonly

    ● Clean

    ● Create partition primary format fs=fat32
(you can swap fat32 for ntfs if you only need to use the drive with Windows computers)

    ● Exit

    ● Done. . Now You had removed write-protected

Now the last resort to remove write protected error is to format your Pen drive.

Right Click on Pen Drive and Select Format.
