For All Redmi note 3 Users (Manually Miui8 Update)

For all those RN3 users who are still using Miui7 and didn't got OTA update :

Steps to upgrade manually :

# download OTA file from below link
# open UPDATER app
# Click on 3 dots apppearing on the top right corner of the app
# select " Choose update package "
# Now browse and select downloaded update file
# It will verify package within a minute
# That's it , it will upgrade your rn3 to miui 8 automatically

If above method didn't worked for u than try this.

# download full recovery ROM
http://www.mediafire.com/download/b83flb5a9t3bka9/update.zip

# Place it in root directory
# open UPDATER app
# Click on 3 dots apppearing on the top right corner of the app
# select " Reboot to recovery mode "
# It will boot u to recovery than just flash the update.zip file.
# Everything is good and done.
