Has anyone faced this problem in reliance

    ok i recharge with 92 3g plans on 31st dec. I got
    sucessful mesage that G92 has been activated. But
    when i checked my 3g data bal it is showing 0 mb
    and validity till 14-1-15 wtf. So i called cc through gprs option and they
    are saying that no 92 plan has been activated and
    there is no data activated. I checked my last recharge detail in *111# and it is showing 92. I
    also went to rc shop where i recharged and he
    showed me that it is done . How the hell dis a**h*** can
    say dis when it is showing me. Whenever i contact them throgh gprs option they say call 198 and press 9. But i m not able to reach them from there its say reliance me call karne keliye danyevad and call gets disconnect. Sick of dis a**h** reliance :headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang:

    this happened for me once in 45rs pack in paytm, i asked cc but they said recharge not done so i gave a complaint to paytm and they returned my money back

    Now i activated 45rs 3g pack and i got my 3g mb balance but these A$$holes r not giving me 3g signal for the past 5 days and im really tired of calling and scolding them to activate my 3g signal!

    yeah whenever i recharge with 3g pack, mine usually connects in aircel but this time wenever i try to connect manually in aircel it doesnt connect. cc also accepted that the 3g signal didnt migrate for me and still now the issue is going on and on

    mujhe har bar IVR aata hai grahak seva se bat karne keiye 1 dabaye aur uske bat IVR me kuch offer bolte hai aur fir bolte hai reliance me call karne keliye danyevad and disconnect hojata hai WTF :cry:

    me too not getting signal and earlier when signal was there speed 5KB/s only, this prob is from 2 weeks , rim ka khud ka 3g hai yha fir bhi :cry:

    Call customer care and lodge a complain...
    If cc asked u to call another no or tranfering call to senior executive then say them NO..
    And force him/her to take ur complain regarding any issue (bal or network)...


    I also face no 3G signal sometimes..
    Then I call cust care after 11pm and force them to take my complain and the next day I get back 3G signal

    lol i called them using 198>6>3>9> it gets connect to cc but they say they cant help cant lodge complain and says it is gprs option and says call 198 and press 9. but i cant contact them from option 9 it says 'reliance me call karne keliye danyevad' and call gets disconnected. Same with *333

    simple solution.
    call toll freee number of reliance from

    number other than u previously called.
    number is 1800 100 3333
    find option to connect call to cc.
    ask them u activated data pack.. but data balance is not showing.
    or ask them to refund balance.

    or directly ask them thay ur not able to open any website.
    or even try to know ur data balnce from th em.
    if they didn't find any data balance they will forward ur complain.


    another simple solution is think before u invest in Reliance.
    reliance means ..
    faithful..
    which they r not.

    And they should know if we r using 3G then we do have enough
    knowledge how to use it...
    Force them to take ur complain as there help we don't need...
    We want technical team to look after this concern...

    thankx bro i was able to contact them. But this a***6*** are saying my data has been lapsed because i used it in dongle. Lol what a nice way to fool customer

    dusre operator se kiya aur lag gaya par mujhe mera benfit nai milega. Sale bol rahe hai mobile plan ko dongle me connect kiya isiliye mera data chin liya gaya hai :sad:
