(help) proxy for tcp vpn

Friends,I need working hi speed proxy for(port-3128) tcp 443 config for airtel limited trick,tried with given proxies of hidemyass but they never worked in vpn. It says bad response or bad authentication everytime
Plz give any working premium proxies

Earlier this was working but today it is not working-188.138.61.118

188.138.61.118 proxy is working with pd proxy but not with nmd vpn,it says
