HELP RELIANCE BROWSING PROBLEM

I AM USING VOD HOST WITH PROXYCAP
DOWNLOADING IS GOOD (UPTO1 MB)
BUT MANY SITES TAKE HOURS TO LOAD
OR THEY DOES NOT EVEN LOAD SOMETIMES.
BUT AT NIGHT SITES WORKS GREAT.
WHAT IS THIS PROBLEM ?
ALSO I WANA MENTION HERE THAT
WITH RCOMNET APN ALL SITES WORKS GREAT...WITH PAID NET.


SO HOW TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE..
I TRIED ALL OF FOLLOWING ALREADY BUT NONE WORKED.

• VPN(DISCONNECTION)
• DNS CHANGED TO GOOGLE OR OPENDNS
• IN CHROME SOME SITES LOADS QUICK LIKE BING AND SOME GOOGLE SITES
• FIREFOX ONLY BING LOADS AND OTHERS SUCKS.
• FACEBOOK TWITTER..ETC ..DOES NOT LOAD.
• NIGHT TIME ALL SITES WORKS.

bhai bihar mein vod trick close ho gaya hai. Maine Rs. 177 ka recharge kiye jisme facebook and whatspp unlimited hai. Anyone facebook or whatapp trick for android or pc. Because I use facebook or whatapp balance deducted only 0.1mb.

Bro use proxifire....
some wap sites(ignorable) doesnot loads bt most of the sites like fb/gmail or other google sites loads instance in anytime of day or night...
using here in wb 4m last 7-8 months...
