    Hi friends.
    I need help in windows.

    Which software is best to check which app is using our data in windows.
    I disabled firewall and windows update also but data also deducting.

    If any app available for windows then please comment bellow.

    App which show us the data usage as well as we can stop app which deducting data.

    go to search in start and search for resource monitor and it will help you identify the apps which consumes more

    bro open task manager and go for resource monitor and then network tab.

    I deleted all the apps also.

    Open task manager. Go to service tab. Now search for BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service). Now disable it. This was the main culprit in my case using my data bal. See this if it works.
    Note: Disable it using admin rights other wise it will start up again

    Go to services and disable bits as said by by 4321 and also right click on tiles and turn off live updates.+ turn off win update
    Do all 3 things and seed magic.
