How to Move Applications from Internal memory to SD Card

Hi Guys,

Help me, How to move applications from Phone memory to SD Card, because i am using Sony Xperia E3, in this phone memory is very less

So is there any application to move from phone storage to SD Card

Link2sd is recommend by me... if u have custom recovery then part ur sd card in 2 partion extensions.
You will be amazed after using link2sd and foldermount both together.
Google for using both at once

Well! You need to root your phone to grant app access to SD card. I would recomment App2SD.

simply go to setting>apps
and then move

root your android device & download link2sd or apps similar to it & google how to create ext4 partitions on sd card & u'r done with moving apps to sd on your android phone...the other option is to download custom rom which supports this feature
