how to share pc internet

I know Wi-Fi router Is the best option for this but its little expensive.....and I have seen a post on a site where a person is using net on their android mobile by using a Wi-Fi adapter. ...
Idk exactly what it is so I searched on google and found some results including this one

i am currently using this product
i can share net from mobile to pc
but not able to share from pc to mobile

however, this option is avialable..seem to be not working.

in my suggestion u can buy any other adapter of 500-700 rs with external antenna
also to mention here..
this adapter range is very low..
