Jio dynamic speed

Hey friends, I am using jio which speed is around 30 kbps at day time in my room. While on some side of my roof its around 200 kbps at same time and there isn't any increase in signal bars.Could anyone explain me why is that. So, that i can bring that speed into my room or if anyone know is there any way to bring that speed.

Right LTE band lock karne se best speed mil sakti hai.. MTK me engineering mode (mobile uncle tool) and Qualcomm (rooted) me "Network Signal Guru" app se band change kar sakte ho..

in my area band 3 (1800 MHz) give best speed (30-45mbps)

In case of jio it cant be explained.Jio speed differs with inch differences
