JIO Happy New Year Offer - Details

1. No Monthly rental for all postpaid plans till 31st March 2017. (Postpaid)

a. 1 GB 4G LTE data free per day till 31st March 2017.
b. Unlimited night 4G LTE data (2am to 5 am)

d. Post expiry of the daily limit of 1 GB 4G LTE data / 1 GB WiFi, unlimited data free at reduced speed of 128Kbps will be available
e. Customer will be charged for availing more than 1 GB per day high-speed 4G LTE data for which they can opt to take any one of the paid data Add-ons/STVs

Eligibility to avail promotional offer
(ii) The Promotional Offer is available only on one SIM per LTE compatible device. This Promotional Offer will not be available for subsequent SIMs availed by the same subscriber or by another subscriber using the same LTE compatible handset.
(iii) The subscribers will have to do a zero value online recharge to continue availing the benefits of Promotional Offer. The details of zero value recharge is as follows:
(Postpaid) Till 7 th Jan ‘17, subscriber would be able to avail all benefits without any conditions/user initiated action. From 8 th Jan onwards, the customers will be required to pay their monthly bill with zero value, exactly the way they would behave in the charging phase.
(Prepaid) Up to 7 th Jan’ 17, subscriber would be able to avail all benefits without any conditions. The customer will be expected to do recharge every 7 days using a voucher (MRP 0) from 8 th Jan’ 17 onwards. This voucher will be like any other prepaid voucher listed on MyJio and JioMoney, so that this is exactly how a customer would behave when charging begins.

The customer will be expected to do recharge every 7 days using a voucher (MRP 0) from 8 th Jan’ 17 onwards. This voucher will be like any other prepaid voucher listed on MyJio and JioMoney, so that this is exactly how a customer would behave when charging begins.
(iv) RJIL reserves the right to amend/withdraw the “Jio Happy New Year Offer” for new customers from the market at any time prior to 3rd March 2017 at its own discretion, with due intimation to the Authority. RJIL will ensure that, in compliance with TTO, all the existing customers as on the date of such amendment/ withdrawal shall continue to enjoy the benefits till 31st March 2017.
# All existing subscribers of RJIL, enjoying the benefits under Jio Welcome offer, will continue to enjoy the benefits till the expiry of validity of benefits i.e. till 31.12.2016. Post this they will be seamlessly provided the Jio Happy New Year Offer benefits till the expiry of validity of promotional benefits under this offer.

Terms and Conditions
1. The subscribers can avail the above Data Add on Packs effective from 4th December 2016 .
2. The data used by the consumers for Jio applications and other content available on internet would be. uniformly debited against plan data allocation.
3. Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the expiry of Data Add on Pack.
4. The customer will have to pay the total cost of the pack in advance while purchasing it .
5. WiFi data benefits in the Data Add-on pertains to WiFi data availed in public WiFi hotspots of RJIL
