need help in ram boost

i have 4gb ram.1 gb dedicated to graphics card.
usable only 3gb.
task manager shows me used ram as 1.21gb
cashed ram 1107 mb
available 1770 mb
free 698 mb
.i am running only mozilla firefox.
some times it shows 0 mb free ram when running only one programme which consume low memory.
why this is happennig.
how to free my ram..

Its not the solution to your problem.
I wanted to express my feelings for windows.
Windows is not performing well.
It eats lots of RAM and also degrades the overall performance.
Even if you purchase 60000-70000 price laptop,
You will not be satisfied with the performance.
Also, there are lots of virus, errors and other irritating problems.
Let's hope for a better os to replace windows, at reasonable pricing.
Not like Mac.

go for linux. if not then. try
removing all blotware..then. check...which proces is eating more ram. in taskmgr.
