Help Not connecting in 3G MODE

    after my 42 rs data pack expired I recharged with 97 rs 3g pack and tried to connect but it only connects in 2g mode and doesn't connect in 3g mode

    am using delhi reliance sim in kerala with tatadocomo roaming

    anyone have any solution for this I called customer care and tried my maximum bt they dont have any solution for this and I tried all available apn of reliance

    Might be a temporary network error this doesn't happens usually... Whats your network strength?

    Same thing was happened with me on Docomo sim with Rim network I think they don't allow internet connectivity through roaming, even mms apn also not connecting for me :troll3:

    Yes, same issue. Sometimes doing 3g recharge before expiry of 2g recharge, may lead to only 2g data. (in RIM). Call Customer Care
