Not format easily my hard disk

Due to some reasons my hard disk have virus,not to open,but after that i recover my data.

But now its not format by right of click of my hard drive

Its not format on quick format option also,..its format normally taking so much time

but next its time when i put it agains its shows format your disk.

tell me the software which remove all errors and bad sectors towards my hard disk .

My hard disk :- Seagate 500 gb

Use any bootcd like hiren bootcd and format it.

Install new windows and there will be option to keep old data or format

try to remove malware or virus using malwarebyte like tool.. and fix error using window 7 fix tool

1. Re-start your PC and then start pressing (F8) key then to open Advanced Boot Options screen
2. Select Safe Mode with Command Prompt
3. Find the drive letter , (G) for example then write as
4. C:\windows\system32>G: and press enter
5. G:\>format G: and press enter
6. If ask you (Y/N) then press (Y) and press enter
7. This should do the trick.
