AirTel is working but not for everyone, Same way is the !dea but Reliance is working for most of the states.

Nopes, Aircel provides 3G support to Reliance and DoCoMo in UP East... Contact with Customer care / Local Retailer for 3G plans and more info.

One.airtel.in opens @ 0 balance...
And there is various post over the internet that TCP 443 is working in raj..
