suggestion for A good Android Phone Under Rs 12000

Hello freinds , i want to buy a android phone . My budget is 12000. So please help me to buy a good phone.

The phone must have following features:-
2gb ram or greater...... internal 16gb {if greater than 16 b then it will be good)
android lolipop or marshmallow ( if lollipop then upgradable to lolipop )
4g..OTG supported..... minimum 3000mah battery........ high quality camera..minimum 13 & 8 .
...full HD 1080 x 1920 pixels.....
