i have host that open ups at default browser but can't be used in handler or Vpn.What can i do?,and one thing more even at 3g data pack if port 9201 or 4902 is open by using them ,data will not be deducted???

49200 and 9200 are udp ports& put that host in the config than try it!

it is only high speed config file not a trick to use free internet. if u want to use free internet then add working host of your state in this config and then connect and enjoy full speed in tcp.
