in simple words..... it is VPN.
So, your ip address (means Location also) is changed to VPN's server.
simply check by.... googling :- "what is my ip" (without VPN & with Started VPN).
Bro, If you want to do REAL Illegal stuff ..... than use Tor & WITHOUT "Chrome" .
.. Because Chrome Tracks your every visit (including Incognito mode) ..
