Help me choose a dvd writter

hello guys i need your help. i need honest feedback. i live in delhi. yesterday when i was backing up my graphic tools whose size is almost 180 gb into dvds. after burning 10 dvds my inbuilt dvd writter freid.
i got no issue with dvd writter because it was very old and bought from a friend at 100rs.
so here i am with no dvd writter. now i want to buy an dvd writter that can atleast read and write these two dvds which are writex and moserbaer . these two products are easily available in every staionary shop. i want an external dvd writter that i can use with any pc or laptop. now i also had choosen to products to buy. which are leasted below-

i ordere samsung. my friend used moserbaer and sony already but he said that for laptops for samsung but for pc go for samsung or latieon. this is another brand that i dont know so i went for samsung. thanks for replying.

yaa i know bro but i got one friend that already has samsung he told me that in samsung i got one extrea option of converting it into av which means audiovideo after that i can attach the same dvd writter with usb to my samsung led tv 32 inches and watches directly. its an extra feature i am getting so you all should buy it. i also read various reviews from various websites they all told me either go for samsung or asus desktop burner which comes in 3000 price range.
so i went for this.
