PROBLEM: FORGET PASSWORD OF Gilisoft File lock pro version 6.4.2


Is there any working way to get the password off(OR can be removed) to get my files...in it

If have set a email ever, you can click "Retrieve Password" to get lost password.

I have never set the password.........and my version is 6.4 there is no option like retrieve password as seen in your screen shot of file lock pro 6 version.........
