First press win+r=run and type cmd and press enter

when cmd window opens then write the command 'diskpart' in that window and press enter see image

Then type command 'list volume' in next window

Then your all drives are shown here

Then select the volume you want to hide by type command 'select volume 2' 1,2,3 your desire one and press enter

After select volume write command 'remove letter d' your selected volume letter and press enter
SEee your drive will be hide and for unhide drive do same procedure on last step write command "assign letter d" and your drive will be unhide

Instead of using command prompt use 'Disk Management' found in Computer Management section.
Right click your 'My Computer' icon and go to Manage, there you will see in left expandable list Disk Management under Storage.
Right click on any drive you want hide, click Change Drive Letters and Path, then click remove and ok.
Note : its safe to remove or change Drive letters and Paths as long as you don't have any program or software depended on that drive letter.
