need help about TATA DOCOMO whatsapp pack

as we know that tata docomo has launched unlimited whatsapp pack(rs 15 for 15 days)
i have a confusion that when i have recharged with this plan and keep mobile data on in my phone whatsapp will connect for free but all other apps will also connect and it will deduct my balance??

is there a way that only whatsapp connects??
