[HELP] How to bypass fortiguard and other filter

My college is using Fortiguard Web Filter & has blocked sites like torrent, world4free etc. Fb & youtube is working fine.
Can anybody provide a proper solution so I can use all the blocked websites.

which vpn ? Hex vpn is not working, pd proxy can't scan any ports, ultrasurf is not connecting.
If you have any vpn please give me.

torrent is working with open vpn, even dj is blocked in my college but thanx to vpn

Will I have to change the config files or it will work forever?
