Reliance 3G Internet Problem????

Guys I am from delhi...i am facing problem in reliance 3g...Its not working since yesterday...even paid net is not working...is anyone from delhi facing the same problem???

its not working in 74 rs and 95 rs plan but in 177 & 197 it working great in delhi 10000%

I am using 177 plan in Delhi but not getting speed even in paid net. I get speed only after 1 am at night till 10-11 am in morning. It's problem of reliance coverage I guess..

NO.this happens with me too and with my friend he gets full 3g signal but speed only 10KB/s

It is state or area based speed .
For example,
I get good speed of 100 kb/s in orissa but the same sim is giving 10-15 kb/s or even less in Bihar when used in day.
At midnight speed is same around 300 kb/s or more in both states.
