Airtel udp config file May 2015

Udp [HIDE=250]Port 53[/HIDE] Is working for me in troidvpn
But I am not able to use it in openvpn although I downloaded config file of it.
Anyone help me to get a working openvpn config file

I downloaded from vpngate and when I edited the vpn file and tried to connect
It showed error "u don't have sufficient privileges".
