Download large files though proxy

Today I've faced a strange problem when i tried to download the Windows 10 preview copy from here

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows/preview-iso

It shows the file size is 2.87 GB for 32 bit and 3.83 GB for 64 bit ISO
The strange thing happens when I start the download, the file size is changed to 2 GB.

I tried several DMs but all shows same size of 2GB.

Then, i came to realize that, i am under the hood of PROXY (Reliance FB/twitter proxy).
When i Bypass the proxy it shows the actual size.

So, all the Trick Gods in here, can you show me how to download any file more than 2GB under the PRoxy network????

not worked for me
I figured out another source, without changing any proxy or anything.

when i disable proxy i did not get the full size of the file........and get only 2gb file
