Follow Steps--

Create New Mobile Setting.

apn- airtelgprs.com
Proxy- server4.opera-mini.com or 37.228.107.253
Port- 80

Download opera handler mod Here
Open opera handler and put in frontquery

airtel.in/get-4g/cgi-nph/00/jitu/http/

Save and go to opera advance settings or click http socket and make only http.

Restart your opera and Enzoy
