help! getting low speed over tcp openvpn connection

currently I'm using reliance tcp trick by r$k .....getting good speed (about 400-500 KBps) at day time
But my problem is...after 7-8 pm at night speed capped to 30-40 KBps using tcp...but direct without tcp i'm getting full speed

i think you both did'nt read the problem correctly.....I'm getting full speed w/o TCP

I think its proxy problem....and now I'm getting some manageable speed by changing proxy
