[Help] Unable to copy to OTG

Just a few days ago, I was trying to copy some files to an otg pen drive to free up some space on my phone. But it is showing this feature is not supported. It is reading files all right, but not able to write.

I am using ES file explorer in android marshmallow 6.0
I was able to do this in lollipop but can't do now. My device is rooted.

Please reply.. Any help is appreciated.

Definitely a permissions issue, since you are rooted use any root file explorer to set the following rw-r-r(owner, group, other), there is also a permission fixer app on play store, check it out. If everything fails try Astro file manager(helpful for non rooted devices).

pendrive may on readonly mode...
