Root your phone and install the nmap apk, it is not official and doesn't come with presets unlike the windows version. So you will have to learn the commands, i think you will find the apk in this forum only..

Lol,, who's asking you to h.ack into a system that lands you in trouble. You can always use nmap to find out vulnerabilities in your own system and prevent others from taking advantage. In any case, those into pen-testing always use a decoy and many other safeguards.
