Airtel TCP connected not receiving data.

In Airtel 3g and 4g, Droidvpn is connecting without any extra setting, just select TCP.But the problem is that after successful connection ,it isn't receiving any data. I have also tried to reinstall tap driver but it didn't helped,
Please Suggest some solution

if not than try with proxy and HP.
