2g speed in 3g pack

Airtel has gone mad...giving worst 2g speed in 3g packs ....
customer care says to take out sim wipe it and then reinsert...

same here i have called them many times for the same 3g signal loss issue ,but those fuckers dont know a single thing,everytime they will send a message your 3g plan will be activated within 30 min but nothings happen even after a day,also i am not able to recharge any pack using sms code by sending sms "3G" to 121.and selecting plan from there.. i have filed almost 8 complaints & none of them resolved so far,my 3g data pack also ended.

After complaining repeatedly and following up I could get my 3g signals back after 15 days..I had to complain till [email protected] ..but speed capped and hence more complains....
will get 3g speed in few more days then I will loot...
