can we link PAN details later and skip for PayPal account creation?

Even i have created my pay pal account and need to know whether linking PAN card is safe or not?
Its even giving the option to link debit card, is it safe too?

yes its possible but till verifying it ,, your account will be limited

don't worry its safe to pan card there .. n u will not able to add debit card because paypal doesn't support maximum debit cards . so its useless

yep i just signed up using normal details... nothing personal except email address
