[HELP] Laptop not starting

When I start my laptop only Dell logo appears on the screen and nothing happens. Its stuck there only so please help me.

Try to boot any windows. If it's working than install new windows, might that work 4 u.
If It's in warranty call customer care.

use some live linux OS to recover files, then just format that box

You Must format ur windows and install new one. this will solve ur problem 100% sure...

Try running windows recovery from windows installation disk or check BIOS boot device option.

hit f12 n diagnose the system..if problem persist use your mobile phone to post screenshot or goto bios by hitting f2 and reset everything

my laptop started normally after some time.
So, sometimes its stuck at Dell logo but sometimes it starts normally. But....., there is a white vertical line blinking on screen.
