Help :- Reliance 3g Trick For M.P

Hello DJ members i have one problem.
I am from Madhya Pradesh and i just recharge my Reliance sim with Rs 197 2g unlimited.
Can anyone tell me how to surf 3g ( NO downloading ... if it also supports downloading then it's very good)
