HELP TO OPEN SERVICE MODE MENU IN SAMSUNG GALAXY A5 2016

i have tried to open service mode by dial *#0011#
it shows
STACK 1
STACK 2
go to menu and select back
after again go to menu and select key input..
and put Q and 0000 and also tried with Q0000
but not open service mode menu
plz help

yes,it is testing code of hardware like touch,vibration etc..
