HOW TO CREATE VIRTUAL IP PROXY HOST

I need help with creating proxy host like voda is free on host 18x.1x9.14x.11 and if i wanna create a virtula host like http://18x.1x9.14x.11.xxx-pxoxy.com than how can i create it .....
who will helped me i will provide him free idea working trick ....
so plse help me creating virtual proxy host if u wanna working idea trick ...

this idea will only work if .only
dot proxy trick is working on that host see how it is done:
eg: http://180.179.xxx.xxx.anyproxy.eu

you can try different proxy. google below to find them.

glype v 1.4.4 site:.eu

u can replace .eu with .ru .com etc..
