how to prevent sim block?

I've ported to jio. and no recharges done.(using webtunnel)
will my card blocked after 60 days? how to keep using it without activating any monthly plan and prevent sim block ?

just do a phone call (receive call) duration minimum 1 min in a week your sim never block , I also have that type of sim and I have this sim since 2016 ...
